Brought on to overhaul all systems with the current 2 sites and aid in growing the group. The group consists of a lakeside cafe in the heart of Battersea park and a site in the middle of Clapham Common. Big revenue all year round with huge numbers in the summer months.

  • New EPOS provider (Revel to Blinq)

  • New Ordering, Stocktaking and Menu Costing Software (Marketman)

  • New Rota system (7 Shifts)

  • Better reporting (EODs) and weekly breakeven analysis

  • Finding a third site

  • Improving GP across the group

  • Reducing wages during the quieter “winter” months
