THE RUM KITCHEN

Fraser founded The Rum Kitchen with his business partners in December 2012. The brand has gone from strength to strength and is now operating in Soho, Brixton, Shreditch and Brighton.

Areas covered:

  • Complete brand creation

  • First venue in Notting Hill and subsequent opening in Soho.

  • On going operations for all sites for first 3 years

  • Overseeing all staff (Hiring and maintenance)

  • Menu development
